A note from Nick:

I founded Miuccio Real Estate in 2017 as a one-person operation with a simple goal: to build a real estate company centered around experience, quality, and genuine relationships. A place where agents could build meaningful careers by helping their clients make some of life's most important decisions.

Nearly a decade later, those principles remain at the center of everything we do. We believe good real estate representation comes from experience, preparation, honest communication, and an understanding that every client and every transaction is different. Our focus has always been on providing thoughtful, personal service and delivering results that speak for themselves.

Since 2021, Miuccio Real Estate has consistently been recognized by the Albany Business Review as one of the Capital Region's Top 25 brokerages. We've achieved that recognition with a relatively small team of dedicated professionals, something we're particularly proud of.

In 2023, we established MG Cause as a way to extend our commitment to the community beyond real estate. Through the generosity of our friends, clients, and local businesses, we've now raised over $80,000 to support local families facing difficult circumstances.

The Capital Region is home to us. It's where we live, raise our families, build relationships, and do business. We value the trust our clients place in us and the opportunity to contribute to the community that has supported us along the way.

Our goal has never been to become the largest brokerage in the region. It's to build a company known for the quality of its people, the experience it provides, and the relationships that last long after a transaction is complete.
